2023 Grading for Equity Summer Virtual Institute Registration
NOTE:
If you are registering on behalf of a group, please list a main contact for the group. There will be an opportunity to list the names of each attendee in a different section. If you need to submit a Purchase Order, please indicate on the form. Thank you!

Payment Options
The option of choosing to pay via Purchase Order, or credit card will be available upon registration. All Purchase Order submissions are due by July 12th and will be considered a binding agreement to pay within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by emailing info@crescendoedgroup.org. Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to the start date of the program (canceling on or before July 3, 2023) will be fully refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received from July 4 – July 17, 2023 will be refunded at 50%.
No refunds will be given for “no shows” or cancellations the same day of the event.
If the Grading for Equity Institute is canceled, it will be rescheduled and all enrollees will have the opportunity to attend the new dates or receive a full refund.
