We all want our equity in our schools, so find out in this short quiz: How accurate, bias-resistant, and motivational is grading among your teachers?

It’s REALLY important to remember that these questions aren’t assessing how much you are committed to equity, or how supportive you are of your teachers, or how much you are committed to every student’s success. This quiz also isn’t assessing how much your teachers’ are dedicated to their students’ success, or to equity–after all, most of us have had no training or support in how to grade. This quiz simply asks about what grading currently looks like across teachers, and provides some feedback, including references to specific chapters in Grading for Equity.

In other words, this is a formative assessment–there’s a lot of learning ahead.
